Corina P. Irvin is the Founding Principal of Peninsula Commercial Real Estate Group, a Southern California commercial real estate brokerage specializing exclusively in tenant representation.
Prior to launching her firm, Corina served as a Director in the Los Angeles and New York City offices of Cushman & Wakefield, where she represented businesses in complex lease transactions across multiple markets.
She has extensive experience helping companies secure office, retail, and industrial space throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and the Inland Empire. Her clients range from startups and growing regional firms to national and international corporations across diverse industries.
