Corina P. Irvin is the Founder and Principal of Peninsula Commercial Real Estate Group, a boutique brokerage she established in 2019 after more than 15 years advising businesses and corporations in complex commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to launching her firm, Corina spent over eight years as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield in both the Los Angeles and New York City offices. Before that, she spent more than six years at Grubb & Ellis in Los Angeles. Throughout her career, she partnered with Vice Chairmen, Executive Vice Presidents, and senior brokerage teams on sophisticated lease and sale transactions across major markets for national and international corporations.
Corina has closed and consulted on more than $500 million in commercial real estate transactions, representing startups, growing regional firms, established national brands, and global companies across diverse industries.
As a dedicated tenant representation broker, Corina specializes in helping businesses lease or purchase commercial real estate that aligns with their brand identity, operational needs, financial objectives, and long-term growth strategy. She works closely with each client to understand their priorities and provides strategic guidance from market analysis and site selection through negotiation and execution — ensuring informed, confident decision-making at every stage.
Corina is actively involved in professional and community leadership. She currently serves as a Board Member and Vice Chairperson of the USC Marshall and Leventhal Deans’ Alumni Council and is a Board Member of FIIRE (Filipinos in Institutional Real Estate). She is also an active member of The Authentic Asian and CREW-LA (Past Board Member), and a Past Board Member of the USC Asian Pacific Alumni Association.
Corina earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance, from the University of Southern California.
She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two daughters. Outside of brokerage, she enjoys traveling, paddle boarding, and spending weekends on the soccer fields and basketball courts supporting her children’s many activities.
Carminia Panlilio — Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Carminia is a mission-driven and results-oriented operations leader with a strong focus on customer experience, team empowerment, and organizational excellence. As COO, she brings a deep commitment to building high-performing teams, refining operational systems, and driving impactful outcomes that align with company goals and client needs.
With a background leading teams and initiatives that enhance growth and operational efficiency, Carminia blends strategic insight with a people-first leadership style to ensure smooth execution and long-term success across the organization.
Carminia earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside (UCR). She also holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy, with a concentration in Business and Government Relations, from The George Washington University. Her academic foundation strengthens her ability to navigate complex business environments while aligning strategy, policy awareness, and organizational leadership.
Kyle Irvin — Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Kyle brings deep commercial real estate finance and acquisitions expertise to our leadership team. He has a strong track record in evaluating and structuring complex investment opportunities across office, retail, and multifamily sectors, driving financial strategy and performance at scale.
With a background in acquisitions and finance leadership within the commercial real estate industry, Kyle plays a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, optimizing capital deployment, and strengthening long-term growth initiatives. His analytical insight and strategic financial stewardship help ensure sustainable value and impact for clients and stakeholders.
Kyle earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside (UCR), and holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University (NYU). His advanced training in real estate capital markets and investment analysis further strengthens the firm’s financial strategy and transaction oversight.
